Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to take the reins and scale our recruiting engine globally. This isn’t a narrow role—you’ll be expected to manage a diverse slate of hiring needs across engineering, AI / ML, product design, product management, and G&A, often all at once. This position reports directly to our COO and is a critical role at Tech9.
We’re a fast-growth startup with a lean recruiting team that still delivers big results. With AI reshaping how we work, we don’t plan to build a massive recruiting department—we plan to stay sharp, scrappy, and highly efficient. That means you’ll be in the trenches 80–95% of the time, while carving out the remaining 20% for strategy, leadership, and innovation.
You won’t be going at it alone. Our executive team is deeply invested in recruiting and will back you with real support. But we’re also a roll-up-your-sleeves culture—every leader here is an individual contributor, even our CEO who still jumps in to code. We experiment, research, and adapt quickly, never clinging to “how it’s always been done.”
This is not a role where you simply support hiring managers—you’ll partner with them directly, shaping how we run selection processes and owning hiring outcomes alongside them. Meet in-person at our Lehi office with our CEO, CFO / COO, and others for a collaborative, face-to-face session.
