Gpac has partnered with a Mechanical Contractor that is looking to add an HVAC Estimator to their team. The ideall candidate will have experience with ventilation and duct work.

Estimator Duties :
- Ensure timely estimates and submission of proposals with an emphasis on cost, schedule, and scope of work accuracy
- Understand and manage safety requirements, local building codes, and tax information for each project per location.
- Manage site walk-throughs and document items observed and discussed with the client or key specialty contractors up to point of bid submission
- Help build mutually rewarding relationships with potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Update and modify estimating database with cost data as required.
Estimator Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as an Estimator for a MechanicalContractor
- Four year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or up to four years of directly related experience.
