SUMMARY :
The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for a range of products (cleaners, disinfectants, sanitizers, industrial markers, etc.
collaborating with various cross-functional teams, and ensuring the success of the SCRUBS, DYKEM, and DYMON brands in the market.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market insight, cross-functional collaboration, and strong leadership skills to drive product success and meet customer needs effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Lead North America Voice of the Customer (VOC) to understand Industrial and Retail market needs / wants and prioritization to later drive future products requirements and financial models to support opportunities for our brands
- Use data to ensure the voice of the customer is present in product and marketing decisions, and measure channel and sales effectiveness.
- Participate in all Stage Gate Projects and initiatives. Manage and follow up on Stage Gate project plans and lead Stage Gate Meetings and track progress.
- Develop product competitive analysis to understand advantages and gaps and drive appropriate actions.
- Creates customer value propositions and provides data and content that can be leveraged by the sales team.
- Work alongside R&D team through all product innovation stages to ensure strong competitive differentiation while also meeting time to market expectations.
- Work with the Marketing Communications Team to create and maintain marketing plans, advertising and sales tools including brochures, product descriptions, technical data sheets, web content, etc.
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product and convey that into a full go-to-market strategy.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and business data (unit volumes, revenues, margin) reporting to understand business trends and make informed decisions for current and future product direction of our brands.
