What does a Food Expeditor do?
- Ensure smooth and timely order flow from waiters to the kitchen.
- Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and perfection before serving.
- Assist in final dish preparation, keeping the kitchen running efficiently.
- Maintain fast service while upholding quality and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and quickly.
Food Expeditor Responsibilities Include :
- Ensuring efficient communication between waitstaff and kitchen.
- Prioritizing and organizing orders to ensure timely service.
