Job Overview :
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions specific to Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, and ATV, suggesting information about other products and services.
Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitors and Maintains Social Media platforms, responds to messages helps keep consistent content.
Job Duties :
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and voicemail.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Ability to nurture customer relationships, process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
Assist in creating and monitoring posts and messages for social media and other digital channels.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Travel to and attend trade shows, events and / or meetings when needed.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales and marketing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers and social media.
Experience working with customer support and social media.
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player, willing to assist in other areas such as logistics and inside service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent with Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Powersports or Powersports dealership experience
