Customer Experience Lead Long-term Temporary Opportunity (Washington)

As the Customer Experience Lead for this busy organization, you will be responsible for providing stellar customer service to all attendees of a major conference with international visitors. The ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience with customer service, data management and supervising others. Foreign language skills are a plus but not a requirement! Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor progress of staff and ensure timely responses are made to customer service concerns.
• Maintain and manage accurate records and update the registration system as needed.
• Monitor email and phone line activity and process customer requests and edits.
• Assist with the proof-reading of materials related to event registration.
• Help to onboard and train the team.
• Provide effective team supervisory management and mentorship to additional staff.
