Job description :
We are seeking an Engagement Director with significant background in QSR domain. This is a hybrid role in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities :
- Large scale implementation of POS for Retail / QSR domain
- Research, select, develop, deploy, communicate and maintain in restaurant technology and related solutions for all restaurants
- Implement critical initiatives and serve as the subject matter authority as it relates to all facets of back of house solutions, above restaurant reporting and system interface for all restaurants
- Develop and manage a team of highly skilled business, technology members tasked with supporting critical initiatives
Required Skills :
- Industry knowledge of modernized cloud based POS system and Rest Technology
- Edge computing and its implementation is helpful
- Knowledge of coordinated systems (BOH- Back of the house, Digital Menu Board, etc.) within restaurant technology domain.
