An EHR Architect isneeded to be a part of the Applications Technology Team and will beresponsibility for establishing and managing the long and shorttermapplication strategy processes and procedures for applications andassociatedinfrastructure.

• TheArchitect is a member of the Applications Technology Team and hasdirect responsibility for establishing and managing the long andshortterm application strategy processes and procedures forapplications and associated infrastructure.
• Application portfolioincludes several clinical administrative business and financialapplications internet and intranet systems.
• The Architectparticipates in the application design and implementation analyzesapplication activities makes recommendations for improvementtranslates organizational business and clinical needs to technologyrequirements and proposes appropriate technologies and services toenable the enterprise to meet strategic and tactical objectives.
• The right candidatewill have knowledge of enterprise server storage backup powervirtualization software and networking end user devices as well asoperating systems and applications commonly deployed in EnterpriseData Centers or in the Cloud.
• The Architect worksas a liaison to team members on product / application issues andprovides expert system knowledge.
• The role alsoincludes mentoring and coaching of team members regarding technicaland systemintegration.

EssentialFunctions

• Analyze and resolvetechnical issues.
• Assist businessowners and customers with delivered solutions processes and tools.
• Assures architecturalcompliance technical accuracy as technologies are enabled.
• Builds and leveragesrelationship with key technology partners / vendors.
• Define interfaces andintegrate system components within current infrastructure.
• Develops applicationand associated infrastructure architectures collaborates with theservice providers to ensure their proper implementation.
• Install / upgradeconfigure maintain and support various interoperable and thirdpartyproducts and technologies.
• Establish baselineensure completeness of documentation.
• Facilitate andparticipate in endtoend testing debugging and defect resolution forongoing infrastructure and application technology projects.
• Participate inbusiness case development project sizing design and implementationof enterprise wide total system and technical solutions.
• Represents theliaison between infrastructure technology domains and theinformation and application layers.
• Responsible fordeployment and technical accuracy of integrated applicationmodernization system designs.
• Responsible forimplementation of applications migration from legacy systems tomodern systems using interoperability tools.
• Responsible forresolution of issues production support of application andinfrastructure technology services.
• Work on continuousapplication and technology improvement initiatives.
• Write custom code andscripts to provide custom system solutions towards automationreporting and workaround for unsupported product functionalities.

MinimumQualifications

• Experience : Five (5)years of progressively responsible and directly related workexperience.
• AdditionalInformation : Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) experience ishighly preferred.

• Experience in dataconversion and migration by applying data structure techniques ondifferent file systems and relational database management systems(e.

g. SQL Server Oracle MySQL etc.).

• Familiarity withprevalent storage technologies (SAN NAS) & understanding ofserviceoriented architectures.
• Knowledge ofEnterprise Architecture methodology and best practices.
• Knowledge ofopensource technologies.
• Knowledge of userauthentication methods security solutions and security bestpractices.
• Knowledge of Clinicaland Business Applications e.g. Epic Hyland OnBase PACS RhapsodyNurseCall IntelliViu Connexall Citrix Service Now Box Tableau etc.is preferred.
• Possess breadth ofknowledge across the following Infrastructure Technology domains : compute storage virtualization networking end user device formfactors (e.

g. workstations mobiledevices).

• Processoriented workstructure and able to work on projects using both agile andtraditional ITIL project managementmethodology.
• Proficiency ingathering data and creating reports by writing complex SQL queriesprocedures and creating custom dashboards using BI tools (TableauBusiness Objects) and advance Excel techniques.
• Experience with cloudnative tools like CloudFormation Terraform ELB Autoscaling and EC2
• Good understanding ofVPCs Subnet configuration route table internet gateway VPC peeringTransit gateway VPCLink
• Knowledge of CI / CD(Jenkins TravisCI CircleCI AppVeyor etc) isrequired
