Objective
Our Benefits Department is seeking a Sales Executive to approach prospects for group benefit plans.

Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM for scheduling, developing prospective and documenting all sales-related activities
- Meet all marketing expectations, expand customer base in territories
- Generate proposals and advise clients on the benefits that best suit their needs (eg. medical, dental, vision)
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services (all-in-one solution)
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the health insurance field
- Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance is a plus
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Proficient in computer skills - MS Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact within the company and assigned accounts
- Strong analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and presentation skills to effectively facilitate resolutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a career-oriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.
