We manufacture water-efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide.

The provides financial support to the operations team and will provide direct financial oversight of 2 locations. The locations are located in Augusta, AK and Mesa, AR.

As a proactive business partner to the Foundry (Arkansas) and Mesa teams, this will include spending at least 50% at the locations, providing pricing recommendations and validations, looking for ways to optimize the cost structure and generate savings, understanding how decisions impact the P&L and putting internal controls in place to ensure assets are properly safeguarded.

This will include conducting monthly operational financial reviews, P&L reporting, metrics, and analysis. This position also maintains the ERP costing system, including monthly cost runs and assist in updating overhead rates on an annual basis.

Financial reporting tasks include key variance analysis, trend analysis and account reconciliations.

Job Duties :

Provide financial oversight of the Foundry and Mesa locations and partner effectively with the management team at these locations.

Provide key financial insights including pricing recommendations for the jobbing business, validating profitability associated with direct sales quotes at Stone and Steel, identifying opportunities to optimize the cost structure and drive savings at the three locations.

Own the P&L at these locations and ensure monthly financial reporting is communicated effectively. Travel to the locations is expected.

• Prepare annual budget and forecasts for Foundry and Mesa locations
• Develop annual overhead rates. Review and analyze impact by product line
• Prepare account analysis and reconciliations at month end. Support annual audit.
• MDM team member. Support / improve process to create timely accurate material master data.
• Support Franklin Park Operations with financial reporting, commodity tracking, Cap Ex analysis and strategy as needed.

Required :

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7-year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SAP required
