A company is looking for a Risk-Based Quality Senior Specialist to conduct reviews of operational transactions and processes for quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Execute risk-based quality reviews and document results, identifying errors and assessing risk impacts
Analyze root causes of errors to provide actionable insights and collaborate with teams for quality improvement
Prepare and present review results to leadership, recommending improvements and participating in quality discussions
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-7 years of related work experience in risk-based quality or risk roles
Experience in the financial services industry
Experience leading cross-functional projects or training initiatives
In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles and operational processes
