Here, you'll join gifted colleagues who make a lasting difference in people's lives every day.OverviewWe are looking for a Registered Nurse - Regional Support to join our team!This position reports to the AVP of Operations and will function on temporary assignments in a branch where there is a vacant position, increase in census or when additional staffing is deemed necessary.
The temporary assignment would typically last 13 -26 weeks.+ Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family+ Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care+ Case manages all assigned patient clinical records.
About You+ Registered Nurse with current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment+ A minimum of one (1) year experience, either in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health.
