Director of Operations

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding dairy manufacturing company on a confidential search for a  Director of Operations . This company has been in business for over 50 years, and they are looking for someone to contribute to their success.

What they’re looking for :

• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role.
• Strong background in plant management, preferably in the food or dairy industry.
• Demonstrated success managing capital projects, including equipment installation and facility upgrades
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly understand plant-specific machinery and processes
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel regularly between facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin
