Job Summary

We are seeking an office assistant with excellent customer service skills, supportive and a positive attitude.

This position will work with the office team in accounting and office tasks (including but not limited to answering phones, cashiering, cleaning, scanning, filing, reconciling, and researching).

As well as greeting and assisting guests and staff as the need arise.

Schedule will be between Monday to Saturday depending on staffing needs. This is a full time position with starting pay between $14.

00 to 17.00 / hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and / or counter ticket
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Assist the controller with various monthly clerical / accounting duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
• Ability to communicate customer's interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance and attitude
