Remote Travel Professional

This is a remote position.

Position Overview : We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Travel Professionals to join our remote team. As a Remote Travel Professional, you will handle incoming travel requests through various channels (smartphone, email, etc.

with accuracy and efficiency.

You will be the main point of contact for clients, managing all their travel booking needs whether for business or leisure while providing exceptional customer service to exceed their expectations.

You'll also have the opportunity to sell packages, tours, event tickets, and more. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training and certifications.

This position requires a low monthly startup cost.

• A passion for helping clients create their dream vacations by offering our destinations and services
• Excellent customer service skills
• A desire to build and maintain relationships with travel partners and clients
• Expertise in our products and policies (training provided)
• Acute attention to detail with the ability to review your own work for quality

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales (including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and events)
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Work effectively in a team setting
• Stay informed about the travel industry and policies
• Collect and enter data into our software, maintaining accurate client files
• Complete required certification promptly
• Participate in ongoing training with our company and travel partners

Qualifications :

• Must have a laptop and smart phone with reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States
