Job Summary :
As aWastewater Engineer you will play a vital role in planningdesigning analyzing and overseeing water and wastewater process andtreatment systems.
This position involves comprehensive engineeringwork project management and collaboration with a team ofprofessionals.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough engineering planning design analysis andoperational studies of water and wastewater systems.
- Prepare comprehensive project bidding documents formunicipal water and wastewater projects ensuring completenessaccuracy and adherence to engineering principles standards andpolicies.
- Provide guidance and supervision fordrafting designers and junior engineers as needed for variousprojects.
- Oversee and review the constructionof wastewater and water projects to ensure compliance with designspecifications.
- Perform troubleshooting ofwastewater and water operational issues offering solutions toenhance system efficiency.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities : (Hiring CompaniesATS Questions) :
1.Do you have 4 years of Civil engineering experience
2. Do you have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Chemical orEnvironmental Engineering from an accredited engineeringprogram.
3. Do you have the ability to obtain aProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Wisconsin orIowa.
4. Do you have experience in municipal orindustrial water and / or wastewater treatment andcollection / distribution field is a plus.
5. Doyou have the knowledge of civil and / or other engineering principlesrelated to municipal engineering and water and wastewatertreatment.
6. Do you have experience with HVACsystems
7. Do you have understanding of localstate and national regulations for water and wastewater.
8. Do you have familiar with AutoCAD andMicrosoft
9. Do you have EngineerinTraining(EIT) Certification
10. Must be a US Citizen orGreen Card holder.
