Position Description :

Only qualified Senior Salesforce Business Analyst candidateslocated near the commutable Everett MA area to be considered due tothe position requiring an onsite presence

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will Partner with stakeholdersand development teams to help elicit analyze and document businessrequirements and facilitate translation into technicalrequirements.

Support the Program Managers with implementationprojects in collaboration with vendor partner teams and businessstakeholders.

PreferredEducation :

Bachelors Degree or higher in ComputerScience Computer Engineering Information Technology or similar

Business Analyst Certification

SalesforceCertification

SeniorSalesforce Business Analyst Qualifications :

Minimum of5 years of Business Analysis experience

Implementing andworking with Salesforce Solutions

Utilizing a SAFeAgile framework

Working with vendorconsultants

Good experience in implementing continuousintegration and continuous delivery (CI / CD) preferably Worked in aSalesforce implementation project

Experience in creatingdocuments such as Business Requirement Documents SoftwareRequirement Documents Process workflows RAIDQs Project Plans Userguides / Training materials among others

Work withstakeholders to prioritize requirements effectively based onbusiness value risks and constraints

Understand theProject Management methodologies and practices to be able to workclosely with a Program Manager and seamlessly move into the PM roleon occasion

Experience with evaluating project risks andissues and assisting Program Manager / Portfolio Manager withprioritization and development of mitigation or resolutionstrategies

Ability to develop strong client / vendorrelationships and develop strategies and solutions of high businessvalue

Ability to apply business analysis experience andproject management knowledge to real world scenarios. Agile ProjectMethodology and JIRA knowledge preferred

Experience infacilitating requirement analysis sessions with large and diversestakeholder groups through requirements meetings workshops JADsessions etc.

Possess the ability to read analyze andinterpret general business documents and governmental regulations;to write clear and legible documents business correspondence andmeeting notes;

create presentations to effectively conveyinformation and respond to questions from managers employeesvendors and governmental agencies

Experience withanalyzing inefficient business processes (manual entry oldtechnology migrations etc.) and working with business stakeholdersand IT partners to create requirements for effective automatedsolutions

Experience in creating visual diagrams of thesystem by UML (Use case Activity Business Process Diagrams) andcreating web page mockups

Proficient with MS Office;including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Visio

Maintain confidentiality and able to work with all levels ofemployees in the organization

Responsibilities :

Effectively communicate requirementsconflicts to project leads assist with conflict resolution.

Ensure that requirements are understood and approved byall stakeholders.

Manage requirement traceability andchanges throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure thetest strategy and test plans adequately cover the requirements.
