Quest Group Executive Search is looking for a Quality Specialist for a client that offers stability and great culture! They are looking for a temp-to-perm Quality Specialist for their contact center's quality team.
This will report directly to the Quality Manager and is a very small team - 2 total including the new person.
Qualifications :
- Must Have listened to and graded calls in call center setting specifically
- Worked in a formal quality team and not one that is informal.
- Quality analysis / quality management systems that are out there like Calabrio or something similar to that
- They are looking for someone with a background in QA from a call center setting specifically (2+ years)
About the Role :
- Setting : Hybrid after temp period - 100% in office as a temp
- Schedule : M-F, 8-5
- Initial training schedule : A temporary 9-6 M-F schedule to attend the trainee TC class for a few weeks (up to 8). They'd need to attend the trainee class to understand the role.
