We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support a large workforce ramp up and implement a variety of human resource programs.
The HR department will depend on your assistance in several important functions such as staffing, employee relations, training and development.

HR Generalist Job Highlights :
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Liaison between Staffing Agency and Company relative to hiring 'ramp up' to include but not limited to : providing factory tours, completing safety / orientation, checking in with various leaders, employees, associates.
- Foster positive employee relations as a contact for employee inquiries / communications and work to solve any employee issues that surface.
- Maintaining employee communications to include text blast program, monthly newsletter, TVs.
- Coordination of meetings / events and taking attendance / notes as needed : open enrollment, CARE, Company Survey, Financial Wellness, Blood Drive, etc.
- Taking pictures at special events.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
What We Look For In HR Generalists :
- Bilingual in Spanish and comfortable speaking Spanish in front of teams and individually
- Customer Service experience
- HR experience a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment / labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Applicants must be comfortable with data entry and administrative duties
- High school diploma / GED is required - higher education is ideal
