Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Time and Attendance systems to join our team. This role requires a candidate who is currently located in Miami, FL, as relocation is not acceptable.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience, including expertise in SQL.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze requirements of Time and Attendance Systems enhancements, from gathering time data to approvals, corrections, reporting, and interfacing with the M-DCPS SAP ERP Payroll System.
- Lead meetings and hold workshops to gather necessary information.
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
- Analyze business partner operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
- Assist in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology and processes.
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications.
- Educate the IT organization on the direction of the business.
Requirements :
- Availability to be present for workshops at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required).
- 3-5 years of technical or business work experience, including the area of Time and Attendance.
- Experience with Access and SQL.
