Location : Des Moines, IA- Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Duration : 6+ Months

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will :

• Support Small Business Quality Assurance and Issue Management activities as needed.
• Support activities needed within two teams Issue Management and Quality Assurance as assigned.
• Work closely with senior business leaders and external parties Audit / Validation.
• Participate in Business Execution initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze tactical business execution challenges requiring research and evaluation of alternatives.
• Present recommendations for resolving low-to-moderately complex issues.
• Work independently while developing a strong understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information and support to client personnel regarding Business Execution processes .

An ideal candidate should have :

• Strong communication and organizational skill sets.
• Ability to work independently in a high-paced accuracy-dependent environment.
• Knowledge of Audit and Internal Controls, Auditing / Quality Assurance, Control Design & Effectiveness, Control Gaps & Validation and Issue Management would be helpful.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : Between $43- $50per hour>

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
