Overview

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include overseeing the operational effectiveness of the hospital, collaborating with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure, and making major workforce / resource decisions.

Qualifications

Required qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.
• Responsible for the measurement / effectiveness of all internal / external processes.
• Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.
• Ability to oversee major workforce / resource decisions.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.

Preferred qualifications :

Masters degree in business or related field preferred.
