In this role, you will be essential in upholding the integrity of the Quality Assurance Records System. You will ensure precise document control and facilitate smooth coordination of quality-related processes across various departments.
Job Highlights :
Document Control : Provide comprehensive support for Document Control by overseeing the accurate planning, development, and implementation of electronic records retention schedules.
Convert physical documents to digital formats and maintain the integrity of records throughout their lifecycle.
Records Management : Manage an organized inventory of electronic documents and records, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.
Regularly audit information systems to verify that records are authorized for disposition and make necessary adjustments.
Audit Support : Aid in preparing and presenting records for internal and external quality system audits. Ensure records remain secure and unaltered, particularly during legal or governmental investigations.
Information Distribution : Share relevant quality-related information with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and traceability of records through serial or batch numbers.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : High School diploma or GED required.
Experience : 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an office or manufacturing setting. Experience in a Quality Department is highly desirable.
Skills : Proficiency in word processing (MS Word), strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
Physical Requirements : Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
