- Compete in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the company's ambitious growth targets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Connect with industrial partners, knowledge centers and universities on the development of new concepts or modules to support our product roadmap.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, with experience in design principles of mechanical and electrical system development.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
