Our client, a leader in the financial technology industry , is looking to hire a Back Office Assistant to join their team in Plano, TX.
This is a hybrid role and will be onsite 2x a week.
This job is a 4-month W2 contract role with benefits and paid holidays!*
As a Back Office Assistant , you will be responsible for processing customers' important financial documents and requests, ensuring that our client's day-to-day operations run as smoothly as possible.
Candidates with experience in the financial services industry or who have experience in high volume processing will be a great fit for this role!
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to support all requests, ensuring clear and concise communication an expectations
- Assess clients’ account history using internal systems, tracking, identifying, and resolving problems
- Learn financial policies and procedures, moving quickly through a work queue, and following standard operating procedures
Desired Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma required; some college experience preferred
- 1-2 years of prior work experience supporting financial transactions
- Strong customer service skills in a financial environment
