Job Overview :
A growing dental practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow in the office.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and support a team, manage administrative tasks, and create a positive experience for both staff and patients.
Responsibilities :
- Manage office schedules for training, daily operations, and team coordination.
- Oversee treatment plans, providing accurate estimates to patients.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygienists to optimize patient scheduling and care delivery.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Handle office invoicing, ordering supplies, and making daily bank deposits.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and meets deadlines.
- Interview, hire, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Organize and lead morning huddles to ensure team alignment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
- Prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
