Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and document medications and treatments per physician directives
- Observe and document resident changes, needs, and preferences
- Communicate with the health services team, physicians, other healthcare providers, and families as needed
- Assist with daily activities of living in a way that reflects our person-centered care approach
- Help with daily tasks and resident needs as requested
- Ensure residents experience privacy, respect, and dignity
- Follow infection control procedures and standard precautions
- Complete required state training upon hire and annually
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of caregiving experience preferred
- Minimum age of 18
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Must pass a State Criminal Background Check, LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement, and LIC 503 Health Screening Report
