We seek a highly skilled professional with a minimum of ten years of litigation experience to join their team. As a Senior Litigation Paralegal , you will :
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Independently manage cases from inception to close, anticipating attorney needs.
- Interpret and apply laws, statutes, and regulations , including civil procedure and local rules.
- Perform e-discovery tasks , including document review, relevance assessment, and privilege logging.
- Conduct legal research using IT and library resources, including Westlaw and commercial databases.
- Assist in pleading and discovery processes, including drafting documents and preparing for depositions.
- Perform analytical tasks , such as preparing witness interview memoranda and maintaining privilege logs.
- Assist with law and motion practice , drafting motion papers, and ensuring proper service.
- Organize and maintain case-related materials and manage case calendars.
- Specialize in the review of documents collected in response to California Public Records Act (CPRA) requests on behalf of public agency clients, under the direction and supervision of attorneys engaged in municipal and public law .

- Expertise in several areas of litigation responsibilities .
- Strong organizational, reasoning, and research skills .
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities .
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
- Initiative and leadership in problem-solving.
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent work experience.
