Per primaria realtà operante nel settore Cinema siamo alla ricerca di un Legal Counsel da inserire all’interno del dipartimento legale a diretto riporto dell’Head of Legal.
La risorsa dovrà supportare l’Head of Legal nella gestione di tutte le tematiche legali afferenti al core-business.
Nello specifico le responsabilità assegnate saranno :
negoziazione e redazione di contratti con i talenti, contratti con i broadcaster / piattaforme, coproduzioni, co-sviluppo, pre-acquisti, licenze, contratti di opzione property pre-esistenti, contratti di distribuzione, etc.

La persona ricercata dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti :
laurea in Giurisprudenza ed abilitazione alla professione di Avvocato
2 / 3 anni di esperienza nel settore e conoscenza della relativa normativa
ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1-C2)
precisione, capacità organizzative, proattività e flessibilità
