CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR Mission :

As the daily presence onsite for our renovation projects, our site supervisors play an extremely important role in all of our renovation projects.

The customer, subcontractors, and NBC's project managers lean heavily on the site supervisor for their expertise to ensure the schedules, material procurement and proper sequence of work is being flawlessly executed.

In the role you will be :

As a Site Supervisor, you ensure projects meet scheduling goals and exceed client expectations through meticulous attention to detail, effective team coordination, and hands-on involvement.

Responsibilities include maintaining open communication with clients, executing projects to approved plans and codes, and managing finances by preparing estimates and tracking expenses closely.

Developing and maintaining construction schedules, anticipating stakeholder needs, and mitigating risks are priorities. Effective communication between teams and subcontractors, promoting a healthy work environment, and upholding safety protocols are essential for success.

Experience required :

• You are a skilled site superintendent who has experience working on & managing construction projects from execution to completion.
• Minimum of 5 years in construction
• Working within Buildertend, or another Construction CRM is strongly desired.
• Carpentry skills - framing & trim carpentry strongly desired
• Experience with construction management software tools and current technology is a bonus
• Reliable Transportation required with a valid driver's license
• Clean and presentable appearance
• Education : High School diploma or equivalent. An associate degree and a degree in construction trade / management are strongly preferred, but not required
