Responsibilities :
In this role, you will :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, while providing technical guidance and leadership to junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve system functionality and user experience.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, and 5 or more years of overall experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform scripting, REST and SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow development tools.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with business rules, APIs, integrations, and custom applications in ServiceNow.
- Ability to build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications tailored to specific business needs, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Thorough understanding of best practices, coding standards, and industry guidelines in ServiceNow development activities.
