Title : Senior Litigation Associate / Litigation Attorney (On-Site)
Salary : $120,000-170,000 Base, Annually depending on experience

We are offering the opportunity for a Litigation Attorney at a close-knit law firm to sit in the Yonkers, NY or Garden City, NY office.
This position is for a Senior Litigation Associate looking to continue their career in litigation. For the past 30+ years, we have taken pride in our employee retention and providing superb service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities To Include :
- Support the firm’s real estate, commercial litigation, and condominium & cooperative practices
- Make court appearances and respond to discovery demands
- Draft pleadings and conduct legal research
Requirements :
- 8+ years of litigation experience outside of personal injury and immigration law
- Familiarity with CPLR, FRCP, e-filing, e-discovery and State and Federal court rules (mandatory)
- Experience with NYSCEF, table of authorities, and preparing documents for service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb legal research skills
Preferred Skills :
Experience working at the DA’s office
