The Executive Chef 3 will be responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating all retail dining front of the house and back of the house systems to support food quality, customer service, and strict adherence to company policy and procedures.
The position will also oversee a catering program and will be responsible for the direction and leadership of 75-100 hourly front-line staff while managing the client relationship.
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance from the U.S. government.
The successful candidate will :
- be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting;
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
- ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance;
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Basic Management Experience : 3 years.
Basic Functional Experience : 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
