Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Level 4 Data Center Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a data center environment.

This role involves performing rack and stack operations, break-fix tasks, troubleshooting, and deployments. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of data center hardware and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform rack and stack operations, including the physical installation of servers, network devices, and other hardware.
  • Conduct break-fix tasks to diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to data center equipment and infrastructure.
  • Execute deployments of new hardware and software, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all activities and changes within the data center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data center policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data center hardware, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.
  • Experience with deployment and configuration of data center equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
