Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to be passionate about maintaining the reliability and safety of all equipment, as well as the facility and the grounds.
Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Pay : $30-$35 / hour
- Equipment maintenance, preventative and reactive (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
- HVAC
- Heating and Plumbing systems
- Alarm Systems (fire, protection)
- Manual repairs when necessary (ex : repair equipment, fix locks, replace windows etc.)
Skills
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic and other systems
- Welding (MIG & TIG), Fabrication, Machining.
- Ability to read and comprehend bluprints, schematics and wiring documents.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in HVAC, electrical, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired Benefits :
