Responsibilities :
Ultrasound Technologist demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation.
Positions patient and equipment and produce an appropriate recording. The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.
Qualifications :
Education and Work Experience
RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintain.
Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire.
Previous experience preferred.
Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
Proficient computer skills
Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $34.29 to $47.
