Company Summary : A leading privately-owned engineering firm is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and supportive Sr Process Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team in Phoenix, AZ.
The Sr. Process Engineer will be responsible for :
- Designing and developing processes to optimize and improve manufacturing methods and equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement to meet industry standards and regulations
- Implementing process improvements by developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs and improve product quality
- Conducting testing and validation on new processes
- Collaborating with teams internally : Work closely with cross-functional teams regarding production, quality assurance and maintenance to develop and refine processes
- Working in a lead role, developing a process team of your own
The Process Engineer should have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or metallurgical engineering
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience working in the mining and metals space necessary
