About the Role
We are looking for a pro-active, highly motivated and result oriented Senior E&O Underwriter with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build and maintain a profitable book of business.
- Develop, maintain and own client relationships. Must be client centric yet able to deliver difficult messages.
- Analyze data to steer profitable decision making.
- Offer ideas and solutions to improve insured's loss experience and our performance.
- Must be a team player who is willing to pitch in on non-underwriting tasks and projects when necessary.

About You :
To succeed in this role you must bring a high level of experience, professionalism and executive function.
- 5+ years Errors and Omissions Underwriting experience required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and analytical skills are a must.
- Confident with basic data analytics, preferred.
- Some domestic travel required (3-8 trips a year).
The position is flexible to one of the following offices : Kansas City, MO, Chicago, IL, or potentially another Swiss Re office.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office two to three days per week on average.
