Responsibilities :
The Dispute team is looking for a Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Understanding and analyzing business requirements for new development.
- Develop and deliver frontend / UI and backend software solutions for Dispute applications for the our client
- Work as part of an agile development team, optimizing value delivery
- Work with continuously evolving application and design, develop, support cloud native application components using industry best practices.
Skills Required :
- Deep knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks like Angular, languages like Javascript / Typescript
- Strong Java Development experience using Rest API and Spring Boot
- Proven track record with developing front end user interfaces, skilled at CSS and layout techniques.
- Strong experience with building self-testing code, techniques like TDD, ATDD / BDD
- Fast learner and curious about using modern engineering practices
- Soft skills : strong verbal and written communication skills; strong team player to mentor and
support other team members, proactive and collaborative working style
Nice to have :
- Experience with UX design, wireframing and prototyping user interfaces
- Experience with other frameworks like React /
- Experience on designing and developing backend services using Java, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Cloud Native platforms like PCF / Kubernetes / OpenShift.
Education & Work Experience :
BS or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
