Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Trimming Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the cannabis industry.
As a Trimming Specialist, you will be responsible for manicuring and trimming cannabis plants to ensure the highest quality product.
Responsibilities :
- Trim and manicure cannabis plants with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals.
- Assist with other cultivation tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in cannabis trimming or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
