Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients' abilities and develop personalized intervention plans to enable daily living and work skills.
- Use therapeutic techniques to improve patients' ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.
- Adapt living environments to patients' needs and advise on home and workplace environmental alterations.
- Assess and record patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Consult with other healthcare professionals to provide a collaborative approach to patient care.
- Provide guidance and education to patients' family members and caregivers.
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in a clinical occupational therapy setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and a holistic therapeutic approach.
