The Wilner Group has teamed up with our client a boutique law firm with a strong reputation for actively and effectively obtaining positive results for their clients in the Patent and Trademark arena.
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Cranford, NJ. The compensation for this position is $70k - $75k based on experience.
Requirements :
- Knowledge of the patent prosecution procedures in the United States.
- Very strong communication and people skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and accurately.
- Ability to create and produce training materials.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team environment.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of three years’ experience working in patent prosecution in either a secretarial or paralegal capacity.
- Strong technical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IP Software.
- Ability to work overtime from time to time when needed.
- College degree preferred but not required.
