Job Title : SR. Accounting manager
Reports to : SVP Accounting and Tax

Position Overview
Kudelski Group’s Sr. Accounting Manager is an essential part of our fast-paced international FP&A team. Partner with leaders across the organization to help develop and report on strategic financial goals / outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Partner with other leaders in the organization to create, evaluate, track and report financial goals / outcomes and ensure data quality and transparency.
- Build and develop strong relationships and maintain communication channels to pro-actively drive fact-based business decisions.
- Alongside Controller, establish and monitor annual budget & monthly forecast.
- Review the preparation and filing of state and international sales tax.
- Work with Human Resources to review payroll and commissions.
- Proactively manage sales tax exemption certificates to ensure all are valid and current.
- Assist with ERP system implementations, customizations and conversations to create system scalability.
- Lead year-end audit and tax preparation with Corporate FP&A team.
- Manage third party vendor relationships (credit card, tax, etc).
- Review and perform month-end account reconciliations.
- Coordinate monthly financial reporting.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements / Profile
- 5-7 years of comprehensive experience in progressive finance / accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Financial Management or related field.
- High level of curiosity and ease in working in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.
- Ability to manage short- and long-term projects from inception to implementation.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, fine attention to detail.
- Ability to build business relationships with strong negotiation and influencing skills as well as adaptability to different cultures.
- Advanced Excel user.
- ERP & CRM experience (AX-365, NetSuite or similar).
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Preferred : Experience in software / security technology industry a plus. Public accounting a plus. CPA / CMA a plus.
