NAPAAuto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working StoreDispatcher to join our rapidly growing team of Auto Partsprofessionals.

Responsibilities

• Schedulingdeliveries and dispatching delivery drivers on a timelybasis
• Ensuring that the right parts aredelivered to the right customer order with precision, speed andcourtesy
• Mapping out routes for deliveries thatare as efficient as possible
• Tracking andanalyzing quality of delivery service using Delivery ManagementSystem
• Overcoming roadblock problems forcustomers and chart effectivesolutions
• Handling cash returned by drivers andkeep accurate records
• Inspecting returned partsand cores and preparing them for return the Distribution Center ormanufacturer
• Maintaining the fleet to ensurevehicles are in safe and proper working order and flag problemswith vehicles that detract from quality deliveryservice

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Passion fordelivering customer care Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
• Keen sense for seeing, hearing andremembering part numbers and line codes
• Agilityto bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eightfeet) with use of stool or ladder and walk up and downstairs
• Stamina to stand and walk for entirework shift Motivated team player able to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Self-Motivated, strong sense ofurgency, organized, detail-oriented, solidjudgment
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pay is $18.00 perhour
