Sourcing and Production Lead to support our global sourcing and production strategy by coordinating commercial discussions with vendors, managing day-to-day follow-up of production terms, and ensuring timely execution of negotiations, documentation, and vendor onboarding. This role acts as a right hand to the Global Sourcing, Production & Quality Sr Manager, providing structure, follow-through, and support on negotiations across our Apparel and Beauty businesses.

What You'll Do :

• Track and follow up on vendor commercial terms — MOQ, FOB, lead times, and payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all vendor agreements and negotiation history.
• Participate in vendor meetings and capture structured meeting notes and action logs with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate requests for quotes, cost breakdowns, and term comparisons.
• Update dashboards and trackers to monitor vendor agreement compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Development, QA / QC, and Beauty Ops teams to stay aligned on priorities.
