SITE DIRECTOR I (PART-TIME) : AlphaBEST Education - After School Program Site Director, Norman, OK

Salary Range : starting at $19.00-$21.50 per hour

Location : Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools

Schedule : T he Site Director is expected to report at their site 15 minutes before school is released until 6 : 15 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for work load.

Pay & Benefits :

  • Actual compensation is based on education and experience (the range is $19-$21.50 per hour).

    • Here is what you will need : Be a Master Teacher / CDA certification

    You can meet the requirements in one of the following ways :

  • CDA
  • CCP Credential
  • 12 credit hours in ECE / CD / SA through CECPD
  • Oklahoma certificate of Mastery
  • 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)

    • As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following :

  • Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators.
  • Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
  • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
  • Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
