Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work for a large environmental construction company in Cartersville, Georgia.
The ideal candidate for this opening comes from the water / wastewater industry and has the ability to run projects with contract values over $50 million dollars.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple water / wastewater projects, initially focusing on three projects in Cartersville, GA, with a combined contract value of approximately $25MM.
- Lead a project team consisting of a junior PM, Superintendent, Project Engineer, and a Project Engineer / Superintendent hybrid.
- Ensure the successful supply and installation of piping, valves, and pipe supports for three separate water treatment plants within the project site.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the client, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
- Manage up to 40 field craft personnel on site, along with subcontractors for operated crane, field welding of SS piping, piping insulation, and heat tracing.
- Support estimating efforts for the water / wastewater group out of the Costa Mesa office when not assigned to a project.
This candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a project manager within the water / wastewater industry.
- Experience with municipalities / public works.
- Ability to collaborate with the field team, superintendent, vendors, and clients.
- Strong leadership skills, safety-focused, team player, and results-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Openness to relocate to Southern California after contract duration to continue supporting the water / wastewater team.
