job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Provide preventive care, such as vaccinations and health screenings. Manage urgent care cases, including triage and initial treatment. Respond to patient inquiries and medication refill requests. Clinical Operations : Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Participate in chart reviews and quality assurance activities. Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff. Become proficient in the electronic medical record system and serve as a resource for other clinicians. Education : Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner. Licensure : Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of New Jersey. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a primary care setting. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health records. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred. Commitment to Cultural Sensitivity : Demonstrated understanding and respect for diverse cultures, particularly the Korean community. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Problem-Solving Skills : Capacity to handle complex patient situations effectively. Attention to Detail : Meticulous record-keeping and adherence to clinical protocols.

Part-Time - 8-24 hours per week
Job Summary : The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services, including urgent care, to a diverse patient population, with a focus on the Korean community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care :
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications :
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
