Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer with expertise in the Microsoft technical stack to join our team.
This is a mostly remote position, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Carmel, IN and / or to customer site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain web applications using the Microsoft technical stack, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web solutions that meet business requirements.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of web applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best solutions are provided.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web development using the Microsoft technical stack.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Microsoft certifications related to the technical stack.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
