We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with P&C Commercial Lines to join our team in Warren, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

• Drive towards continuous improvement within various business areas.
• Manage Application Support team members who are directly reporting
• Manage the relationship with all internal and third-party service suppliers
• Follow and drive appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies
• Recognize and develop the technical nontechnical skills and abilities of team members
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and communicate in business language
• Work with existing regional teams managing and mentoring
• Communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines

Basic Qualifications :

• 8+ years of Hands-on experience in Production support (Application support) Supporting Applications Property & Causality insurance domain
• Commercial Lines insurance experience (especially Workers’ comp, Audit, Auto, GL, Property, packaged policies.)
• WINS or the Policy Decisions application & functional knowledge
• Experience on the INSURITY Tool especially on the Policy Decisions application.
• Hands-on experience in any of the Incident Management tools like ServiceNow etc.
• Experience operating in an ITIL based organization

Education :

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable experience
